Failure Analysis Report

This report displays a list of corrective work orders grouped by their failure codes, and totals the downtime for each failure code.

To run the Failure Analysis Report:

1. Run the Work Order Module.

2. Choose Failure Analysis from the Reports menu option.

3. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
