Opening the Backlog and Scheduling Calendar

To open the Backlog and Scheduling calendar:

1. Run the Work Order module.

2. Choose Backlog Calendar from the MWA menu.

   Pinnacle will display the Backlog and Scheduling Calendar. The calendar displays one month at a time, with the current month displayed by default. The current date is highlighted in blue.

   The calendar will display for each date the number of templates due on that date, highlighted in green. The calendar will also display for each date the number of work orders on the backlog due on that date, highlighted in red.

3. Use the single left and right arrows to move between months. Use the double left and right arrows to move between years.

4. If you want to return the calendar to the current date, click the Today button.
