Adding a New Purchase Order

To add a new Purchase Order from the Purchase Order Browse Window:

  1. Open the Purchase Order Browse window

  2. Choose New from the Orders menu

    OR

    Choose New from the popup menu

    OR

    Click the New toolbar button.

    Pinnacle will open the Purchase Order Details window, and will add a new blank purchase order for you.

  3. Type in the Purchase Order details.

  4. Choose Save from the File menu

    OR

    Choose Save from the popup menu

    OR

    Click the Save toolbar button.

To add a new Purchase Order from the Purchase Order Window:

  1. Open a Purchase Order Window.

  2. Choose New from the File menu

    OR

    Choose New from the popup menu

    OR

    Click the New toolbar button.

    Pinnacle will add a new blank purchase order for you.

  3. Type in the Purchase Order details.

  4. Choose Save from the File menu

    OR

    Choose Save from the popup menu

    OR

    Click the Save toolbar button.

To add a new Purchase Order from the Stock Module Window:

  1. Open the Stock Module

  2. Choose New from the Orders menu

    Pinnacle will open the Purchase Order Details window, and will add a new blank purchase order for you.

  3. Type in the Purchase Order details.

  4. Choose Save from the File menu

    Choose Save from the popup menu

    OR

    Click the Save toolbar button.
