Shift logs allow you to set up shifts for workers, and determine what tasks need to be carried out during each shift. This can help you arrange times that workers are required, and determine what skills are required for each shift.
Shift logs are automatically created any time you open the Schedule Module. During the automatic generation of the shift logs, the system will create a shift log for every shift that you have defined in the Shifts table, for the current day. You can also specify that shift logs be created for future days. The number of days in the future that shift logs will be created can be specified in the Schedule Module Defaults.
