The Details tab shows all the main details for the shift log. As shift logs are automatically generated, you cannot edit any of the fields on the shift logs Details tab. The Shift Logs are generated for each day based on the shifts that have been created in the Shifts table.
The Details tab has the following fields:
Log Date - This is the date for the shift log.
Shift Type - This is the type of shift. The shift type comes from the shift type defined for the shift in the Shifts table.
Workshop - This is the workshop for the shift. The workshop comes from the workshop defined for the shift in the Shifts table.
Trade - This is the trade for the shift. The trade comes from the trade defined for the shift in the Shifts table.
Supervised By - This is the supervisor for the shift. The supervisor defaults to the shift supervisor defined for the shift in the Shifts table, but you can change this if you wish.
The details tab also shows summary information for the shift. The summary information shown is:
Completed Tasks on this Log - The number of tasks assigned to the shift log that have been completed.
Non-completed Tasks on this Log - The number of tasks assigned to the shift log that have not yet been completed.
Total Tasks on this Log - The total number of tasks assigned to the shift log (complete and non-complete).
Total time taken (in hours) - The total number of hours taken to complete the tasks on the shift log that have been completed.
Messages for this Log - The number of messages attached to the shift log.
