Adding Resources to a Schedule

When you add resources to a schedule, you are simply joining skills with scheduling periods to create a resource that can be utilised by the schedule.

To add a resources to a schedule:

  1. Open the Resource Balancing window

  2. Select New from the File menu

    OR

    Select the New button from the toolbar

    OR

    Select New from the popup menu.

    Pinnacle will add a new row for you to select a year and period.

  3. Choose a year and period, and enter the available hours for that scheduling period.

  4. Select Save from the File menu

    OR

    Choose Save from the popup menu.

    OR

    Click the Save toolbar button
