Deleting a Property

If you no longer require a property in the property hierarchy or system hierarchy, you can delete it from the Property Module.

There are restrictions to deleting a property. You can only delete a location if it does not have any locations or assets below it in the hierarchy. You cannot delete a location if it has an associated property asset that has not been finalised in the Assets module, or if there have been MWAs raised against the property.

To delete a property:

1. Open the Property Tree Browse Window.

2. Highlight the property to be deleted.

3. Select Delete from the File menu,

   OR

   Choose Delete from the popup menu

   OR

   Click the Delete button on the toolbar.
