Calculating the Floor Area for a Property

To calculate the floor area for a property:

1. Run the Property Module.

2. Open the location you wish to recalculate the floor area for. Change to the Details tab.

3. Choose Floor Area from the File menu

   The system will re-calculate the floor area of the current location based on the floor area of any other properties that are below this location in the hierarchy.
