Reports may be printed by selecting Print from the File menu. A window will be displayed allowing you to select the printer to use, the pages to print, the number of copies and various other options. Clicking the OK button will start the printing of the report.
Within each Pinnacle module the File menu has a Printer Setup... option.
When the Printer Setup... menu option is selected the Printer Setup window will be displayed.

Highlight the printer you want to use by clicking on it in the list of available printers. Clicking on the Setup button will let you set a range of options for the printer you have selected.
Pinnacle will use the printer options you set for all printing that it does. You should also be aware that the settings you choose may affect printing in other Windows applications since the settings you specify become the new defaults throughout Windows.
