The New Messages tab displays any new messages that have been sent to you from other Pinnacle users. The top part of the window displays a summary of the new messages, the bottom part of the window displays the details of the message.
When a new message has been sent to you, the Pinnacle Status bar will display the word "Mail" in the bottom right hand corner to indicate that there are new messages requiring your attention.
The details on the New Messages tab are:
Priority - The priority of the message. Priorities can be Low, Normal, or Urgent.
From - The User ID of the Pinnacle User who sent the message.
Received - The date and time that the message was received.
Subject - The subject of the message.
Details - The detailed text of the message.
