In addition to the regular browse windows, some modules in Pinnacle have tree browse windows. Tree Browse windows are used when there is a hierarchical relationship between items, and the Tree Browse is a logical, easy way to view these items.
You can access the Tree browse window for any object that has a tree browse by selecting Tree Browse from the appropriate menu. The tree browse window displays the appropriate items in their hierarchical relationship.
Asset Tree Browse Window
When you open an item from the Tree Browse window, the regular Browse window will be opened. You can open any item by double clicking on the item, by selecting Open from the File menu, or by clicking the Open button on the toolbar.
