Supplier Insurance Import

The data file to import Supplier links to Insurance must consist of eight (8) comma separated columns. The columns must be in the following order:

Column	Field	Required/Optional	Description
1	Supplier Short Name	Required	This is the name of the supplier, and must exist in the Suppliers Table. If the supplier does not exist, the link will NOT be added.
2	Policy Number	Required
3	Insurance Type	Required	This is the insurance type, and must exist in the Insurance Type table. If the insurance type does not exist, the link will NOT be added.
4	Insurance Company	Required
5	Policy Expiry	Required
6	Policy Amount	Required
7	Notify of Impending Expiry	Required
8	Notify when Expired	Required
