YTD Expenditure Report

The YTD Expenditure report lists the expenditure against each budget code in the ledger, broken down into the different areas of expenditure. The report also displays the initial allocation, and the funds remaining after expenditure.

To run the YTD Expenditure Report:

1. Run the Budget Module.

2. Choose YTD Expenditure from the Reports menu option.

3. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
