Work Packages Report

The Work Packages report shows all the work packages that have been set up in Pinnacle. The report displays the Budget Codes and the locations for the work packages, as well as a count of the number of templates for each work package. You can also choose to include the comments and templates for the Work Packages. If you choose to include the templates for the Work Packages report, only those work packages with templates will be displayed in the report.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to include comments

• Whether to include attached Planned Maintenance Templates

To run the Work Packages Report:

1. Run the Budget Module.

2. Choose Work Packages from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to include comments for the work packages or information about the attached Planned Maintenance Templates. Click the OK button.

4. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
