Submissions and Estimates Report

The Submissions and Estimates report lists each budget code in the ledger that has been proposed for use in the next financial year. For each budget code, the report lists the years that the code is proposed for use, and shows the latest bid and the allocation details.

To run the Submissions and Estimates Report:

  1. Run the Budget Module.

  2. Choose Submissions & Estimates from the Reports menu option.

  3. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
