Profit and Loss Report

The Profit and Loss report shows the overall profit or loss made by each budget code in each financial year. The report shows the allocation, the expenditure, the revenue, and the final profit or loss figure.

To run the Profit and Loss Report:

1. Run the Budget Module.

2. Choose Profit & Loss from the Reports menu option.

3. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
