The Running Total tab displays a graph that shows the allocation amounts and the actual expenditure amounts for the budget code, broken down into the periods for the selected financial year. The graph displays the amounts as a running total over all the periods for the selected year.
At the top of the Running Total tab is a drop down list of financial years. These are the financial years that have been defined in the Year Maintenance Table. When the Running Total tab is selected, this defaults to the current financial year. If you wish to show the Running Total graph for any other year, simply select the desired year from the list of financial years.
