There are a number of possible reasons why Pinnacle may not make posting entries in the ledger for an asset, or list posting entries on a report:
The asset is marked as not being depreciable. Open the asset and check that the Depreciable box on the Financial tab is checked for your posting book.
The report you have generated is not for the default posting book.
The asset has been added after the end date of the last defined period.
The periodic depreciation function has not yet been run.
