Tracking Exceptions Report

The Tracking Exceptions report will show any exceptions that have occurred after the asset tracking process has been completed. The report shows the following exception types:

• Scanned barcode does not exist

• An invalid location code was entered during stocktake

• An invalid condition rating was entered during stocktake

• Assets where, for some reason, a barcode was not entered

• Assets where the user performing the upload does not have access to the asset access code

• Assets where the user performing the upload does not have access to the location access code

To run the Tracking Exceptions Report:

1. Run the Assets Module.

2. Choose Interface>Exceptions>Tracking from the Reports menu option.

3. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
