Disposals, Write-offs and Trade-ins Report

This report shows details about assets which have been disposed, written off or traded in. You can see information about the assets including the depreciation information for the assets.

Report Parameters:

• The Depreciation Book to use when calculating the depreciation values

• The Starting and Ending Dates to use when calculating depreciation values

• Whether to include disposals, write offs, trade ins or a combination of these

To run the Disposals, Write-offs and Trade-ins Report:

1. Run the Assets Module.

2. Choose Disposals from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose the depreciation book, and the starting and ending dates for calculating the depreciation figures. Choose whether to include disposals, write-offs, or trade-ins. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
