The Comments/Components Exceptions report will show any exceptions that have occurred with asset comments or asset components after the stocktake/data capture process has been completed. The report shows the following exception types:
Scanned barcode does not exist
An invalid component description was entered during stocktake/data capture
An invalid component type was entered during stocktake/data capture
The component was not found
Assets where, for some reason, a barcode was not entered
Assets where the user performing the upload does not have access to the asset access code
Run the Assets Module.
Choose Interface>Exceptions>Comments/Components from the Reports menu option.
Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
