Assets Report

The Assets Report is a very flexible report which allows you to view assets based on a wide range of criteria which can be used together in a huge number of combinations. You will probably find that this is one of the most used reports in the Assets module.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to run the Detailed or Summary report.

• Whether to include asset comments

• Whether to include asset components

• Whether to include attractive assets only

• Whether to include the asset repair history

• Date Range for the repair history

• Whether to include the asset movement history

• Date Range for the movement history

• Asset Statuses to include

To run the Assets Report:

1. Run the Assets Module.

2. Choose Assets from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to run the Detailed or Summary report. Choose whether to include comments, components, or attractive assets only. Choose whether to include the asset repair history, and if so, the date range for the repair history. Choose whether to include the asset movement history, and if so, the date range for the movement history.

4. Choose the asset statuses to include in the report. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
