Asset Stocktake Exceptions Report

The Stocktake Exception report is intended for use after a stocktake, to show the exceptions that occurred during the stocktake. The report shows the following exception types:

• Scanned barcode does not exist

• An invalid location code was entered during stocktake

• Asset was scanned at a different location to that recorded in the Assets Module

• Assets where, for some reason, stocktake information was not updated successfully

• An invalid condition rating was entered during stocktake

• Assets where, for some reason, a barcode was not entered

• Assets where the user performing the upload does not have access to the asset access code

• A finalised asset was entered during the stocktake

To run the Stocktake Exceptions Report:

1. Run the Assets Module.

2. Choose Interface>Exceptions>Stocktake from the Reports menu option.

3. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
