Ownerships Report

This report lists details of the ownerships defined in the system. You can choose whether to print the system assigned ownership number (not normally visible to you in Pinnacle) as a barcode number on the report.

You can use the barcode number printed on the report if you need to scan ownership codes into a barcode reader.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to include barcodes

To run the Ownerships Report:

1. Run the Assets Module.

2. Choose Tables>Ownerships from the Reports menu option.

   If you have changed the name of the Ownerships in the Asset Module Defaults, the Ownerships report will appear under the user defined name.

3. Choose whether to include barcodes. Click the OK button.

4. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
