Maintenance Contracts Report

This report lists the maintenance contracts defined in the Assets Module. You can choose whether to print details of the assets assigned to the maintenance contract.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to include assets attached to the maintenance contracts.

To run the Maintenance Contracts Report:

1. Run the Assets Module.

2. Choose Tables>Maintenance Contracts from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to include the assets attached to each maintenance contract. Click the OK button.

4. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
