Criticality Codes are used to indicate the different levels of criticality of an equipment asset. When work orders are raised for the equipment asset, you can then determine which equipment assets are vital to the smooth running of your organisation, and thus which work orders may be more important.
You can only choose a criticality code for an equipment asset, and you will only have equipment assets if you have the full Facilities Management modules of Pinnacle.

Description - This is the description of the criticality code. You must enter a description, and the description must be unique.
