Asset Types Report

The Asset Types Report lists the asset types defined in Pinnacle. You can display either a summary or a detailed version of the report. If you want to display the detailed version of the report, you can choose whether to print the asset descriptions linked to the asset types or you can choose to display the depreciation book information for each asset type.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to display a summary version of the report

• Whether to include linked asset descriptions

• Whether to include depreciation book information

To run the Asset Types Report:

1. Run the Assets Module.

2. Choose Tables>Asset Types from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to display either the summary version of the report or whether to display the linked asset descriptions or whether to include the depreciation book information. Click the OK button.

4. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
