Asset Descriptions Report

The Asset Descriptions Report lists the asset descriptions defined in Pinnacle. You can choose to print the asset types that the asset description is linked to. You can also choose whether to print the system assigned asset description number (not normally visible to you in Pinnacle) as a barcode number on the report.

You can use the barcode number printed on the report if you need to scan asset descriptions into a barcode reader.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to include linked asset types

• Whether to include barcodes

To run the Asset Descriptions Report:

1. Run the Assets Module.

2. Choose Tables>Asset Descriptions from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to include linked asset types. Choose whether to include barcodes. Click the OK button.

4. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
