Clearing Asset Stocktake Exceptions

When you have finished actioning and deleting exceptions and you have printed a stocktake exceptions report, you should clear the stocktake exceptions. This option will reset Pinnacle's exception list in preparation for your next stocktake.

To clear the Stocktake Exceptions:

1. Run the Asset Module.

2. Select Clear Exceptions>Stocktake from the Interface menu.

3. Confirm that you wish to clear the stocktake exceptions file.

4. Pinnacle will display a message to ask you if you want to update all the Last Stocktake Dates. This will update the Last Stocktake Dates for all assets with exceptions. Click the Yes button if you want to update the Last Stocktake Date for all assets, or click the No button to leave the Last Stocktake Dates untouched.

   The system will clear all exceptions from the stocktake exceptions file.
