The main method of entering assets into Pinnacle is through direct data entry in the Assets Module. However you may find that you have data in other systems that you want to import directing into Pinnacle.
Pinnacle provides an interface to the SunSystems FMIS, which allows you to process purchase orders from SunSystems. The items purchased on the orders are imported as assets in Pinnacle.
You can also use the Generic Import function on the Pinnacle Main window.
