The Reference tab displays technical certification information for the asset. This tab is only available for Equipment assets.
The following fields are available on the Reference tab:
Specification Reference - This is the reference to any documents or other details that are a specification for the asset.
Technical Reference - This is the reference to any documents or other information that are technical manuals or specifications for the asset.
Certificate Number - For assets that require technical certification, this is the certificate number of the current certificate for the asset.
Certificate Date - This is the date that the certificate was issued.
Certificate Expiry Date - This is the date that the certificate expires.
Recertify - This indicates whether the asset requires recertification.
Date Installed - This is the date that the asset was installed.
Date Commissioned - This is the date that the asset was put into commission, if this differs from the installation date.
Pinnacle will also display information about equipment assets based on the information extracted from MWAs that have been raised for the asset. The following fields are displayed on the Reference tab as calculated fields:
Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) - This is the calculated average time between breakdowns. Pinnacle calculates this by dividing the number of non-preventive MWAs for this asset into the total number of hours that the asset has been in service for.
Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) - This is the average time taken to repair the asset. Pinnacle calculates this by dividing the number of non-preventive MWAs for this asset into the total downtime for the asset.
Downtime - This is the total number of hours that the asset has been out of service. This figure is a sum of the downtime recorded against work orders for the asset.
