Editing Lookup Table Entries

When you have a lookup table open, you can edit a lookup table entry, add a new entry, or delete an existing entry. In order to do these functions, you must have the appropriate Security rights for the lookup table you are trying to edit.

To make changes to an entry in a lookup table:

  1. Open the lookup table.

  2. Find the item and make your changes.

  3. Choose Save from the File menu

    OR

    Click the Save toolbar button

    OR

    Choose Save from the popup menu.
