While the Maint Expenditure tab details the list of expenditure and when the items occurred, it can be useful to view this information in a graph, to help you easily identify when the expenditure occurred. When you double click on any maintenance expenditure item, Pinnacle will display the Summary Graphs window for the expenditure. The Summary Graphs window has two tabs: Breakdown by Period, and Breakdown by Year.
The Breakdown by Period tab shows the total expenditure for the location broken down into the periods, as defined in the Year Maintenance table, in which the expenditure occurred.
The Breakdown by Year tab shows the total expenditure for the location broken down into the financial years, as defined in the Year Maintenance table, in which the expenditure occurred.
