Cancelling a Condition Assessment

If you no longer require a condition assessment, but want to keep it in Pinnacle, you can cancel the Condition Assessment.

You cannot cancel a condition assessment if any work orders have been raised for the assessment, and have been completed.

To cancel a condition assessment:

1. Open the Condition Assessment window.

2. Change to the Browse tab and highlight the condition assessment you want to cancel

   OR

   Find the condition assessment you want to cancel, and change to the Details tab.

3. Choose Condition Assessments>Cancel from the File menu

   OR

   Choose Condition Assessments>Cancel from the popup menu

   The condition assessment status will change to Cancelled.
