You can advance or defer the Planned Date for work elements from the Condition Assessments Work Elements tab. If you want to advance or defer a large number of work elements, you can do this in bulk.
In order to bulk advance/defer work elements, you must have the option to select multiple assessments checked on in the Work Order Module Defaults window.
Open the Condition Assessments window.
Change to the Browse Tab.
Check the "Show Work Elements for the assessments" box on the Browse tab.
From the list of work elements displayed, highlight the work elements you wish to advance/defer
Choose Condition Assessments>Advance/Defer from the File menu.
Pinnacle will display the bulk advance/defer window.
Choose whether you want to advance or defer the work elements. Choose how much you want to advance or defer them by. Click the OK button.
Pinnacle will update the advance/defer amount for the selected work elements. The Planned Dates for the work elements will be adjusted by the advance/defer amount you entered. Only work elements belonging to active assessments will be modified.
