The Attribute Values report can be run from any one of four different modules: Assets, Contract, Work Order and Property. The report displays all the attribute values that have been entered against attributes, both static and dynamic, that have been assigned to the main object for the module from which the report is being run.
The report lists the attributes, displays information about the object that the attribute has been attached to (assets, contracts, work orders, PM templates, properties, suppliers) and shows the value and units for the attribute. If the report is run from the Asset, Property, or Work Order modules, it also shows the date and time that the attribute value was recorded (for both static and dynamic attributes). When the report is run from either the Asset or Property module the report will display all values recorded for dynamic attributes, however if the report is run from the Work Order module the report will only display the most recently recorded value for dynamic attributes.
Run the appropriate Module.
Choose Attribute Value from the Reports menu option.
Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
