Access Codes Report

The access codes report lists the access codes that have been defined in Pinnacle. You can also choose to display the report with the access codes additionally displayed as barcode numbers.

You can use the barcode number printed on the report if you need to scan access codes into a barcode reader.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to include barcodes.

To run the Access Codes Report:

1. Run the Administration Module.

2. Choose Access Codes from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to print the access codes as barcodes. Click the OK button.

4. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
