Certifying an SRF

When the details for an SRF have been filled in, the SRF can be certified. You can only certify an SRF if the work order is still Registered, In Progress, or Outstanding.

The SRF certification process does not make any commitment postings to the ledger. Any SRF postings are done at the authorisation stage.

To certify an SRF:

1. Open the work order.

2. Change to the SRF tab.

3. Choose Certify from the Backlog menu

   OR

   Choose Certify from the popup menu.

4. Confirm that you want to certify the SRF.

   Pinnacle will update the certification details, and will change the status of the SRF to Certified.
