Maintenance Forecast Report

The Maintenance Forecast Report is a fundamental tool to help forecast the planned maintenance requirements for a period in the future. The report lists the dates that Planned Maintenance Templates will generate work orders, and the estimated cost for each work order.

Report Parameters:

• Whether to group the report by day, week, month, or year.

• Whether to print a detailed or summary report

To run the Maintenance Forecast Report:

1. Run the Work Order Module.

2. ChooseMaintenance Forecast from the Reports menu option.

3. Choose whether to group the report by day, week, month or year. Choose whether to run a detailed or summary report. Click the OK button.

4. Select the parameters for the report (if any). Click the OK button on the report parameter window to run the report.
