The Variations tab shows a list of any variations that have been made to a contract's Amount fields. If you change the Estimated Annual Amount, the Estimated Contract Total Amount, the VAT Annual Amount, or the VAT Contract Total Amount on the Contract Details tab, Pinnacle will record a variation.
You cannot edit the variations once they have been added to Pinnacle. The information displayed about variations are:
Variation Date - This is the date that the variation occurred.
Annual Value - This is the new Estimated Annual Amount.
Annual VAT - This is the new VAT Annual Amount.
Annual Total - This is the new Estimated Annual Amount (Annual Value) plus the new VAT Annual Amount (Annual VAT).
Contract Value - This is the new Estimated Contract Total Amount.
Contract VAT - This is the new VAT Contract Total Amount.
Contract Total - This is the new Estimated Contract Total Amount (Contract Value) plus the new VAT Contract Total Amount (Contract VAT).
